Ahmed Elbatrawy is an Egyptian–American entrepreneur, technology architect, and real estate systems pioneer, recognized for building and leading some of the most influential PropTech and real-estate infrastructure platforms in the Middle East.
He is the Founder and CEO of E-Systematic Egypt, the technology company responsible for the design, architecture, and development of the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform (Egypt MLS)—the first government-aligned, nationwide real estate digital infrastructure in Egypt. From concept to execution, Ahmed personally led the vision, system design, data architecture, governance framework, and large-scale implementation of a platform built to regulate, digitize, and globalize the Egyptian real estate market.
Ahmed is also the Founder of Arab MLS, the first multi-country Multiple Listing Service ecosystem designed specifically for the Arab world. Arab MLS connects national MLS platforms across Egypt, the GCC, and beyond into a unified regional framework, enabling brokers, developers, investors, and governments to operate on shared standards while respecting local regulations.
In parallel, Ahmed serves as CEO of DSP Technology (Dubai), where he leads advanced real estate software development, AI-driven analytics, enterprise platforms, and cross-market PropTech solutions serving international clients, governments, and large real estate organizations.
Known for combining deep technical expertise with market vision, Ahmed has personally overseen the build-out of large engineering teams, complex government-grade systems, MLS infrastructure, CRM platforms, IDX networks, transaction engines, and AI-powered real estate intelligence tools.
How Egypt MLS was built
Under his leadership, Egypt MLS was created as more than a marketplace—it is a national real estate operating system, integrating verified listings, unified property identification, developer compliance, brokerage regulation, secure transaction workflows, and future-ready modules for mortgage, valuation, analytics, and cross-border property export. The platform reflects Ahmed’s belief that real estate markets can only scale sustainably through transparency, technology, and institutional trust.
